Although the voestalpine has already been a partner in several CD Laboratories of the JKU, it is the first cooperation of the company’s human resource (HR) management. Dr. Georg Reiser, Corporate HR Chief of voestalpine AG emphasizes, “The change in the demographic structure places special demands on personnel management. Therefore we are very interested in a scientific discussion within the framework of the CD Laboratory.”

The voestalpine Group is a steel-based technology and capital goods corporation. The Group consists of four divisions, our main partner is the Voestalpine Stahl GmbH (voestalpine). Issues of apprenticeship retention, worker mobility, training, internal health policies, promotion or team work or work organization in general are topics for a research cooperation with the laboratory.
